How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Dog ID Tags
Please allow up to 5-10 working days for us to create and process your tag(s)! As they are all custom items, it’s important to us, that we take our time and care over each order. Once finished you will be notified of shipping. They will be posted via either our 24 or 48 Hour Tracked Shipping (depending on your option at check out).
Dog Accessories
For all dog accessories such as; collars, harnesses, leads, poo bag holders and poop loops we aim to dispatch these within 5 works days. They will be posted via either our 24 or 48 Hour Tracked Shipping (depending on your option at check out).

* Orders to be placed before 12 pm Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 12 pm will be shipped the following working day.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. You will be emailed with shipping confirmation once we start to process your order. A tracking code will be provided with a link to the service used. Please ensure you have given us a current email address or phone number to receive updates on your order.
Missing Orders
Unfortunately we are not responsible for delays or stolen orders. Please contact Royal Mail with enquiries to missing orders. If they have been shipped back to us due to an insufficient address we will be able to re-send this out to you but the postage will need to be repaid and a reliable address used.
Shipping costs are NOT refunded at any time.
